At Globe Talent Finders (GTF) we believe Human Capital is a company’s most valuable asset.
We have all been candidates and hiring managers at one time or another and we always felt there had to be a better way. A way to provide a professional service that could be flexible and customized to each companies’ specific needs, while not costing an arm and a leg. We wanted to make sure that both hiring managers and candidates had a positive experience, rather than viewing the hiring process as a frustrating and oftentimes dreadful task.
From this simple concept, Globe Talent Finders (GTF) was born. We started in 2015 by helping a healthcare startup scale up at a rapid rate, needing to hire more than 40 customer service, intake, and onboarding agents within 3 months. The rest is history.

Marina has years of experience in recruiting for start-ups and SMEs. Over the years she has worked with many companies being their trusted go-to recruitment partner. Marina believes that every company, no matter how big or small, should invest into candidates experience. After all, today's candidate could be tomorrow's customer. She founded Globe Talent Finders (GTF) with a mission to partner with start-ups and SMEs to build high-performing talented teams through using the latest technology and best practice recruitment methods.
Jordi Barguno
Jordi is an entrepreneur at heart with more than 15+ years of international experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Digital Transformation, and Financial Planning within the Manufacturing, Retail, and Staffing & Recruitment Industries. He is focused on short and long term strategy at Globe Talent Finders (GTF). Focusing on Business Development in order to maintain a healthy pipeline of clients, while also focusing on the big picture growth strategy.
Jaime Lucea
Jaime is an expert in Digital Marketing, website development, software and technology in general. He has ample experience working for start-ups and is a key contributor to the online and digital development of Globe Talent Finders (GTF).
Olga Raskovic
Olga's experience in recruitment spans across various industries. She really enjoys hiring for start-ups and SMEs and has successfully filled a wide range of roles - from entry-level to executives. She is a certified Boolean sourcing specialist.
Olga Moroz
Olga has originally joined Globe Talent Finders (GTF) as an office coordinator but quickly transferred into a Sourcing Specialist role where she uses her superb research skills to find top candidates. Olga has completed accredited training courses focused on LinkedIn and Social Media recruiting.
Alex Abad-Kelly
Alex is an industry expert, with more than 10+ years of experience in software and startups. He has worked for multiple tech startups within his career. Heavily involved in software development and testing across multiple platforms (web, android, iOS, and Windows). Currently Senior QA at The Meet Group.
Patrick Dech
Patrick is an industry expert, with more than 12+ years of procurement experience. Involvement with RFP's, RFQ's, training, ERP rollouts as well as extensive knowledge of backend procurement and accounts payable practices. Familiarity with Oracle, Jaggaer, and Coupa systems. Ability to reduce costs, target savings areas, and help create & implement organizational best practices.
